Toon Station

ToonStation is a podcast about retro cartoons and TV series, loved by a community of nostalgic millennials. The brief was simple: make people feel like it's Saturday morning again.

I designed an illustrated mascot, a cheerful walking radio inspired by 1930s rubber-hose animation, paired with a bold, rounded wordmark and a warm palette of terracotta, mustard and sage. For the monthly episode dedicated to retro video games, I created PaddyController, a sub-brand with its own logo that lives within the ToonStation world.

The identity then grew into social content and short animated videos, turning every episode into a small rewind to the cartoons and games we grew up with.
